No. There are no analytics, no trackers, and no ads (other than the house ads for my own stuff). The only third-party cookie is hCaptcha, which is only loaded if you explicitly consent to it for commenting.
Can I submit a site?
No. I read everything you send me, but I do not want self-advertisements from you guys.
